    My mom has been into beets lately, so I’ll have to see if she interested in trying one of these. Are the certain amounts I should add of each ingredient?

      It’s good to know that your mom is already on beets, which are good in Betalins – I mean perfect antioxidant source. Each ingredient has unique property, so it’s advisable to add all in equal proportions for better results.
